Hi, welcome to Newgrounds. Keep in mind that if you want your art to appear on the art portal instead of just on your userpage, you have to upload 4 different pieces of art and get scouted by an approved artist.

If I had to say: your art should meet the quality requirements of the art portal so you shouldn't have issues getting scouted if you post regularly.
